Vacuum-packed tea can be stored for up to 2 years.

We offer two packaging options: 75 grams and 150 grams.
How should I store the tea leaves?
Store them in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources, avoid direct sunlight, and keep them separate from items with strong odors.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order before it is shipped.
Can you ship to the United States, Europe, Australia, and Singapore?
Yes, we can. Countries with International Express Mail Service (EMS) can receive our shipments.

We do not have distributors or stores outside of Taiwan.

What should I do if my tea leaves are lost in transit?
If they are lost in transit, we will be responsible for the loss. You can choose to have the items resent or cancel the order.
