Biluochun Tea is produced in Jiangsu Province, China, and is one of China’s top ten famous teas, belonging to the green tea category. Production Method
The production of BiLuoChun tea is meticulous and spans from March to April. The best tea leaves are one bud and one leaf, carefully selected to remove any inferior leaves. The production process consists of three main steps: Panning (pan-frying the leaves), rolling, and drying. These steps are traditionally completed in the same pan. This traditional handmade method gives Bi Luo Chun tea its unique quality and flavor.
Brewing Method for Biluochun Tea

Start by moistening the leaves with a small amount of hot water, then add the appropriate amount of hot water and let it steep for 2-3 minutes before tasting. The finest Biluochun can even be cold-brewed with mineral or spring water to showcase its superior quality.
